David Smith Puts Tin Ringers on the Board in Black Knight Squash Fiction Play
from DailySquashReport.com

March 12, 2014 - The Tin Ringers rode the strong pen of David Smith en route to a 2-1 win over The Handouts on Monday that knotted the Black Knight fiction match at 1-all.

Smith began play at a Long Island strip mall before shifting the action to Manhattan's Upper East Side, as squash pro Hank sought answers on the whereabouts of his estranged daughter and the impending closure of his club.

Smith's Handouts' opponent Will Gens produced a similarly compelling effort that addressed the same issues with an edgier tone.

Smith was defeated in his two chapter appearances in Match 1, both by tight margins and both at the fingers of Tracy Gates.

At work on this week's competing Chapter 4s are Al Tommervik (Tin Ringers) and Richard Millman (Handouts).  Millman went a perfect 2-0 in Match 1.

On deck and pacing nervously are rookie performers Tammy Mehmed (TR) and Kathryn Dysart (H).
