Position Available:  Blair Academy seeks a recent college graduate for employment as a Varsity Girls’ Squash Coach and Teaching Fellow for the 2014-2015 school year. Candidates must enjoy working with adolescents and possess an exceptional work ethic, strong communication skills, a commitment to collegiality and a sense of humor.  In addition, candidates must have a subject-area degree (physics/chemistry/biology, English or history majors will be of greatest interest), and strong preference will be given to those with a background in a second sport.  The position includes dormitory duty and extra-curricular activities (in addition to coaching).  Housing/meals and medical coverage are included in the benefits package.  Blair Academy is committed to the continuing education of our faculty, and the Teaching Fellow will work with master teachers, coaches, and residential faculty throughout the year.

School Setting:  Blair Academy is a co-ed, 9-PG boarding school located in rural northwestern New Jersey, approximately one hour west of New York City.  The school is 75% - 80% boarding, possesses fine facilities and faculty housing, and is committed to the continuing education of the faculty.  The campus and programs may be viewed at the school’s website,
