Job Description:

Squash Revolution is seeking to hire two Head Professional Squash Coaches who are looking to join one of the fastest growing squash programs in DC, with operations in five different Sport & Health facilities in the DMV area. Each Head Professional Squash Coach will be assigned a specific club in which he will be responsible for all areas of the program including but not limited to practice/competition planning and coaching, administrative tasks, and recruiting. Experience as a coach and/or as a participant in competitive squash at the high school, club, or college level is required.

Successful candidates will be energetic and engaging when giving squash lessons or clinics to adults and juniors of all ages and skill levels, both in individual as well as group formats. Additionally, candidates must posses a customer-service mentality and the desire to satisfy our clients’ squash related needs, as well the ability to promote themselves and Squash Revolution in order to engage new clients.

The ideal candidates will be driven, creative, hard-working, individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask at times. They should also possess effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. In particular, candidates should be able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.

Head Coaches will be expected to carry out additional administrative tasks as required, and they should have the ability to meet deadlines and follow program guidelines.

Applicants must be eligible to work in United States. Possession of a driver’s license is preferred but not required.
